You need to attach the camera to the DVR/PC, then use the settings menu and the Сonnect button. Once you press that button, the software will initialize connection and will start the detection procedure.
Everytime I try to get into this program, I get an error message saying can't open the DLL [DeframV2.dll]. Is this something wrong with my computer or the program? No others do this, only my DVR Remote Viewer.

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it.
